  This is the best cold noodle restaurant in LA.
  Ham Hung is a province in North Korea that's very well known for the cold noodle.
  If you are in the area, you must try this place.
  
  One hactic part is parking. Parking kinda sucks during lunch and dinner time. There is a parking security so he can help you find a parking tho.
  
  So far, I've tried "Sashimi spicy cold noodle = Hui Nang Myun" and "Cold noodle with Broth = Mul Nang Myun"
  
  They give you hot broth in a thermos. It's super good.
  
  The spicy noodle isn't too crazy but if you are not that good with spice, don't mix more than what it comes as served. It's served as already mixed well with spicy sauce. But if you mix more, it will get spicier.
  
  Oh, and you can add Kbbq beef 1 person portion at 6.99 when you order a cold noodle. (I think it was 6.99. Maybe it's 6?)
  
  As I'm writing this, I'm craving for the cold noodle...
  I'm definitely coming back again and again.

  I stopped by here for their breakfast special and it was a pretty solid (and yummy) deal!
  
  Breakfast Special, 7 Days, 7-10am
  Choice Of:
  - Beef & Radish Soup
  - Soybean (Doenjang)  & Spinach Soup
  - Beef & Bean Sprouts Soup
  **Comes with rice and sides!
  
  I had the Soybean & Spinach Soup and I was massive! I'd say it's a little bigger (maybe almost double the size) than a typical soondubu pot. It was super flavorful! I think soybean soup is sometimes an acquired taste, since some people aren't a fan of the fermented soybean flavor. But I personally thought it was very flavorful and not as strong tasting as soybean soup tends to be. There were a lot soybean sprouts and spinach, so it's super filling! If you want a safer option, go for the Beef and Radish Soup (true comfort dish).
  
  The sides (banchan) it came with was kimchi, potato, pancake, and radish -- plus egg and rice!
  
  Overall, our meal for two came out to $16ish after tip. Great deal for a filling meal, although I do wish more sides were included.

  Curious to find more (affordable) Korean BBQ in the area, I decided to grab dinner via ordering ahead on the Eat24 app.
  
  I'm a big fan of "So (Angus Beef) Bulgogi" so I ordered that combo plus the "Dak (Chicken) Bulgog" combo which each runs $13.99-14.99 each. The sides include kimchi and probably some of the best white rice I've ever had! Soup is also included but found it watery and so-so. Nevertheless, I go for the Beef which was delicious! The chicken is good too but as far as KBBQ goes, the beef is tops!
  
  Ham Hung is in a small strip mall off of Olympic and Harvard with a parking lot shaped as a "T." I found parking, and made my way over for my pickup. Staff was polite but didn't quite understand English, but luckily, I pulled out my order confirmation and she immediately grabbed my order.
  
  I'll definitely be back for the pricing and specials. This is a hole in the wall so eating in is not fancy at all; expect that mom n pop experience. And add extra rice on that, I'm still thinking about it after the fact!

  Service is terrible but you just can't beat the food here. The one and only thing you need go get here is the spicy cold noodles. They aren't that spicy so don't worry. It's a traditional Korean style noodle that comes with raw skate. If you are familiar with this dish and wish you could get something similar to ones you have had in Korea then this is your best bet!! I love this place so much and always wish I could come here every time I visit LA!!

  They specialize in naengmyeon, so just get the naengmyeon. Whichever version you like (raw sole, spicy beef & pork, sole beef & pork, or beef & pork in cold broth) seriously just get it. That's what they are known for, that's what they've been doing, that's what the special machine and recipe is for. Don't be surprised when you order something else and are underwhelmed because you didn't order the made in-house specialty. Oh yeah, the warm tea/broth drink is pretty delicious too.
